Patch 1.02 Changelog

Hey. I’ve made some more balance changes and bug fixes in this patch. Including balance changes to make being a rebel easier, adding more food choice and also fixing the ration hunger bug and inventory/storage desync bug.

You can expect a medium/small sized content update by next week.
